Roland is a 47-year-old property investor and developer based in Keymer, West Sussex, where he resides with his wife and daughter.   With a background rooted in Surrey, Roland has been immersed in the world of property development from an early age, thanks to his families’ extensive experience spanning over 50 years.

 

Roland furthered his knowledge through education with industry experts like Paul Higgs (Millbank Land) and participation in PIN Mastermind. Leveraging invaluable connections and hands-on experience, he embarked on his property journey in 2001 with the renovation of two flats.

Encouraged by the success of his initial venture, he reinvested profits into additional properties, including ventures in Manchester and a joint venture for a new-build family home in Surrey. Over the years, he diversified his portfolio, flipping properties in Brighton, establishing holiday lets, and collaborating on new-build projects.

 

Noteworthy endeavours include refurbishing student HMOs in Brighton, breaking records with luxury new-build houses in East Sheen, London and ongoing projects such as expanding a student HMO portfolio and developing luxury apartments set for completion in 2024. Roland's passion for property drives him to continuously seek new opportunities and push boundaries in the industry.
